Job Summary: As a CRM Manager at JB HOME STORE PVT LTD, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute CRM strategies to nurture customer relationships, maximize customer lifetime value, and increase customer loyalty.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals and objectives.

Oversee the implementation and management of the CRM system, ensuring accurate data collection, organization, and utilization.

Analyze customer data and behaviors to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns.

Segment customer databases for personalized communication and engagement strategies.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of CRM tools into their daily workflows.

Monitor and optimize the customer journey, identifying touch points for improved engagement and conversion.

Provide training to team members on CRM system usage and best practices.

Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Measure and report on the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, presenting insights and recommendations to management.
