Job Summary
We are looking for a CRM Manager (Post-Sales) to manage and resolve customer queries after sales, ensuring smooth communication between customers and management. The role involves handling documentation, collections, possession, and various post-sales processes while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Query Resolution: Address customer queries related to payments, documentation, project updates, possession, and provide solutions after discussing with the management.
- Post-Sales Documentation: Manage agreements and formalities, including Builder Buyer Agreements (BBA), Third Party Agreements (TPA), Payment & Transaction Management (PTM), demand letters, possession, and handovers.
- Collection Management: Ensure timely follow-ups for outstanding payments and manage collections efficiently.
- MIS & Reporting: Generate and maintain various MIS reports related to post-sales activities, customer queries, collections, and documentation.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with finance, legal, and project teams to ensure smooth post-sales operations.
- Escalation Handling: Address escalations from customers and resolve them effectively.
- Regular Updates to Management: Provide reports and insights on customer concerns, collection status, and process improvements.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in post-sales CRM in real estate.
- Communication & Personality: Excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality to maintain positive customer relations.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word for report preparation, and CRM software is preferred.
- Problem-solving ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide customer-centric solutions.
