1. Business Loans (BL) (Tele-sales)
Requirements: 10 (including 2 Telugu-speaking)
a. Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales call center, specifically in financial product sales (Loans and Credit Cards).
b. Candidate must currently be employed in a call center. Any employment gap exceeding 3 months will not be considered.
c. Must be a graduate with a proper exit from the previous employer, supported by an experience letter.
d. Preference will be given to candidates from a voice call center background:
* Preference 1 – Business Loan Sales
* Preference 2 – Any Loan Sales
* Preference 3 – Other financial product sales (e.g., Credit Cards)
e. Good communication skills in both Hindi and English are essential.
2. Loan to Professionals (LTP) (Tele-sales)
Requirements: 10
a. Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales call center, specifically in financial product sales (Loans and Credit Cards).
b. Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory, as the role involves interaction with professionals such as Doctors and CAs.
c. Candidate must currently be employed in a call center. Any employment gap exceeding 3 months will not be considered.
d. Must be a graduate with a proper exit from the previous employer, supported by an experience letter.
e. Preference will be given to candidates from a voice call center background:
* Preference 1 – Professional Loan Sales
* Preference 2 – Any Loan Sales
* Preference 3 – Other financial product sales (e.g., Credit Cards)
3. Loan Against Property (LAP) (Tele-sales)
Requirements: 03
a. Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales call center, specifically in financial product sales (Loans and Credit Cards).
