CSA(Customer service Agents)-Ground Staff/Airlines/Hospitality/Airport Staff (Reservation/ Ticketing/ Baggage /Security/Check-in Staff) for Leading Airlines/Airport Companies
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet and welcome passengers
- Customer service/Reservation/Baggage handling/Check-in/check-out etc.
- Providing information related to flights/making announcements
- Assist passengers for boarding/security checks /handling cancellations
