Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the role of Customer Support Representative (CSR) for a reputed BPO setup in Nagpur. Candidates should possess good communication skills and willingness to work in night shifts.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email

Provide accurate information and resolutions to customers

Maintain professional communication with clients

Follow company processes and quality standards

Update customer records and reports regularly

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers are welcome
Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience in BPO / Customer Support / Operations can also apply
Good English communication skills required
Basic computer knowledge mandatory
Comfortable with night shifts and work from office environment
