About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Cook, bake and innovate in the kitchen with effortless and flawless excellence
2. Design menu and categorize into simple and customer-friendly products
3. Calculate food costs
4. Extract nutritional information
5. Establish clear, concise, and fun descriptions for menu products
6. Research ingredients with healthy and tasty attributes with easy procurement
7. Research potential vendors, procure samples and design profitable SOPs
8. Provide technical food solutions for delivery-based cloud kitchen model and high shelf life retail model
9. Make necessary changes in menu and operations through supported data and feedback analysis
10. Form an ROI-driven plan targeting the vegan market trends
11. Set up strict hygiene standards and ensure the kitchen adheres to these standards with regular checks
12. Curate dishes driven by a frozen model with 2-3 steps for preparation
13. Enable easy preparation of foods using machinery or freshers with minimum training
