About part time job/internship
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and self-driven HR intern to assist our company to improve workplace happiness and culture.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Go through the content and procedure at the GPTW website and identify the criteria to qualify and quantify our company
2. List the top 10 things from it and present it to management on a weekly basis
3. Talk to people every day with curated questions, on a rotary basis and identify the new actions items that we can execute as a company to improve our GPTW
4. Design curated HR policies that are fair, transparent, compliant, and in alignment with Spritle's core values (2 policies per month basis)
5. Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
6. Help everyone at the company stay connected to each other in spite of WFH and make them feel as one family -process and habits-
7. Conduct various team/employee engagement plans/events (online and offline) and publish it often via our social media
8. Make others also contribute to our social media -habits-
