Job Description
- Maintaining relationships with existing vendors and signing new vendors.
- Implementation of completed curations tasks by handling them to operations in a systematic way by involving the training department.
- scouting new experiences and checking feasibility to operate them as soul travelling experiences or trails.
- keeping track of negotiated deals, vendor details and trail details in a systematic excel sheet
- Negotiating deals with new and existing vendors to achieve desired cost and pricing.
- Managing events and festival backend by supporting operations and sales.
- Finding bottlenecks in an experience and solving them by scouting for backup vendors.
- curating custom experiences for sales and social media team on request.
- Providing backups for hosts.
- Conducting trails when needed.
