Job Description
- Create an engaging learning experience for students through creation of multimedia video lessons, carefully designed inclass and post class activities
- Ensure zero error-rate and timely creation of all content
- Document and analyze student data gathered from classrooms and use it to judge efficacy of teaching practices.
- Collaborate with Avanti’s technology team to design and test features for Avanti’s e-learning platform
Requirements
- Well versed in Biology for Class XI and XII
- Passion for working in education
- Ability to think as creatively as a designer while paying attention to details of execution
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to connect with, inspire and motivate students
- Excellent critical thinking skills, including the ability to link cause and effect and generate solutions to problems
