Job Description
- The Curriculum Associate is responsible for the end-to-end design, development and delivery of a high-quality experience for students, adhering to Avanti’s unique Peer Collaboration pedagogy that builds upon Prof.
- Mazur’s groundbreaking work on Peer Instruction.
- Create an engaging learning experience for students through creation of multimedia video lessons, carefully designed in class and post class activities
- Ensure zero error rate and timely creation of all content
- Document and analyze student data gathered from classrooms and use it to judge the efficacy of teaching practices.
- Collaborate with Avanti’s technology team to design and test features for Avanti’s e-learning platform
- Well versed in at least one of Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics or Biology for Class XI and XII
- Passion for working in education -Ability to think as creatively as a designer while paying attention to details of execution
- Excellent communication skills - Ability to connect with, inspire and motivate students - Excellent critical thinking skills, including the ability to link cause and effect and generate solutions to problems
- Prior experience in creating content and teaching students of Class XI and XII is an added advantage.
