Job Description

Overview of the Role:

The Curriculum Associate is responsible for the end-to-end design, development and delivery of a high-quality experience for students, adhering to Avanti’s unique Peer Collaboration pedagogy that builds upon Prof.
Mazur’s groundbreaking work on Peer Instruction.

Responsibilities:

Create an engaging learning experience for students through creation of multimedia video lessons, carefully designed in class and post class activities
Ensure zero error rate and timely creation of all content
Document and analyze student data gathered from classrooms and use it to judge the efficacy of teaching practices.
Collaborate with Avanti’s technology team to design and test features for Avanti’s e-learning platform

Requirements:

Well versed in at least one of Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics or Biology for Class XI and XII
Passion for working in education -Ability to think as creatively as a designer while paying attention to details of execution
Excellent communication skills - Ability to connect with, inspire and motivate students - Excellent critical thinking skills, including the ability to link cause and effect and generate solutions to problems
Prior experience in creating content and teaching students of Class XI and XII is an added advantage.
Location: Mumbai (Head office in Ghatkopar West)
