Job Description
- The NN - Curriculum Facilitator will be responsible for ensuring seamless interaction between NatureNurture and one of its reputed partner schools.
- The facilitator will also be responsible for organising training sessions, video conferences, etc.
- He / She will maintain records and interact with coordinators ensuring a smooth implementation of the curriculum.
- He / She must possess exceptionally good communication and collaboration skills. The candidate must be able to speak and write clearly and confidently. Working well on a team is also of critical importance.
- He / She must have good interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with educators and school administrators.
- The candidate must have a working knowledge of computers and understand basic programs, such as Microsoft Word.
- He / She must possess good planning and organisational skills.
- The candidate should be good at problem solving along with being adept at documentation and filing of reports, etc.
- He / She must be willing to learn.
- The candidate must be willing to travel.
- He / She must have a pleasant disposition along with the ability and confidence to motivate and lead a team.
