Roles and Responsibilities

Insurance outsourcing Agent: Customer Care Executive

  • Out calling to prospective customers who are interested to buy the insurance
  • Email chat process / Inbound . Outbound
  • Handling sales targets and updating in excel
  • This position is responsible for day-to-day operations.
  • Work timings will be 10am - 4pm.
  • 6 days working, one day rotational week-off.
  • Language requirement is English + Hindi + South Indian Languages.
  • Any Outbound Voice Process experience is preferred.
