Roles and Responsibilities
Insurance outsourcing Agent: Customer Care Executive
- Out calling to prospective customers who are interested to buy the insurance
- Email chat process / Inbound . Outbound
- Handling sales targets and updating in excel
- This position is responsible for day-to-day operations.
- Work timings will be 10am - 4pm.
- 6 days working, one day rotational week-off.
- Language requirement is English + Hindi + South Indian Languages.
- Any Outbound Voice Process experience is preferred.
