Position: Associate - Customer Support Domestic Tamil , English, malayalam and hindi Process .
Eligibility:
Immediate Joiner’s are required.
Only Fresher’s are eligible from 2018 pass outs.
Any Graduate or Under graduate
Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English
Mandatory Languages: Tamil Skill Set:Should understand customer issues / complaints and respond in accordance
Adaptive, ready to learn, contribute and deliver consistently under pressure
Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people from a wide range of backgrounds, ages and temperament
Manageable skills on MS Word & Excel
Good Typing Speed
Customer Oriented bent of mind with good analytical skills
