We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Booking Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their bookings, providing information about our stays, and ensuring a seamless reservation process. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will contribute to creating a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our stays, including availability, pricing, amenities, and policies.
  • Guide customers through the reservation process, ensuring all necessary details are collected and entered correctly.
  • Manage and update the reservation system to record bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
  • Process payments and provide customers with confirmation of their reservations.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner, aiming for effective resolutions.
