Job Description
1. Visiting project sites to know about the upcoming projects
2. Managing clients who show interest in our listed properties
3. Managing customer relations
4. Handling emails and phone calls for follow-ups
5. Planning new online & offline campaigns to increase sales
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 11th Jan'21 and 15th Feb'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Kolkata
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. We are looking for a female candidate with good Hindi speaking skills
2. Marwadi, if she can speak, will be an added advantage
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (8% of revenue).
The basic salary will be 10k per month plus a dedicated office phone number shall be provided by us. The incentives which we offer is 8 percent on the revenue we receive per deal. The general revenue per deal is appx 1.5 lakhs and closure time is generally 30-45 days so we expect to give appx 15k per month or more as incentives.
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
