Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from customers.

Stay updated on product features, promotions, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Educate customers on how to use products or services effectively and troubleshoot common issues.

Data Entry & Documentation:

Record customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.

Ensure all customer records are accurate and updated in the system.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to address customer issues and improve service delivery.

Report recurring customer issues to the appropriate team for further improvement or action.
