Job Description
Technical Support: Addressing technical issues or troubleshooting problems customers encounter with
products or services.
➢ Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage

➢ Complaint Resolution: handling and resolving customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
➢ Training and Education: providing training and educational resources to customers to help them maximize
the value of the products or services.
➢ Lead Generation: Identifying potential leads and forwarding them to the appropriate team for further
follow-up.
➢ Escalation Handling: Escalating complex issues or complaints to higher levels of support or management
when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution.
➢ Response time commitments: Specify the maximum allowable response time for different types of inquires,
ensuring prompt assistance and resolution for B2B and B2C.
