Job Post: Customer Care Associate

Shift: Day shift (Full Time 8:30 am till 5 pm)

Job Location: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi

Timing: Full Time (Both Male and Female can apply)- 8:30 AM to 5 PM / Part Time (only Males): 5 PM to 9 PM 

Working Days: Monday till Saturday

Salary: Good Package

• Looking for Customer Care Associate / Senior Customer Care Associate for our Legal MNC Client. 
  
• Candidates should have good communication skills & flair towards customer service and Knows Computer work for updating CRM. 
  
• This is a Blended Profile where there is less calling and involve computer work to support customer. 
  
• Very Good Opportunity for candidates who are looking Day Shift. 
  
• We are looking for candidates having excellent communication skill, who shall be responsible to attend all incoming calls, chat requests, and inquiry emails from various marketing channels. 
  
• The profile also include calling back to the existing customers in coordination with sales team to provide updates on the project.

• To interact with leads via channels - Live Chat, Email, Inbound IVR Calls
  
• Making enhanced outbound calls on leads generated by the Company.
  
• Identification of the services in which client is interested
  
• Updating the client data in CRM system
  
• Identify the best sales person and assign the potential client
  
• Making feedback calls to the clients about their interaction with the sales
  
• To make outbound calls to update the client about the service delivery
  
• To raise concerns which client may be facing at delivery level.
  
• *No cabs shall be provided
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation
  
• Excellent with tele-calling, soft skills, customer interaction.
  
• Target Driven & Hungry for Success.
  
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage difficult situations.
  
• Fluency with general desktop productivity software.
  
• Communication: Excellent English Speaking and Writing
  
• Candidates speaking other reagional languages like Punjabi, Kannada,
  
• Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati, and Bengali will be preferred
  
• Age: 24 to 32
  

Education:

• UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization
  
• PG:Post Graduation Not Required
  
• Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required
