- Core technical support openings & Basic Technical Support.
- Involved in Providing email and voice support for Technical quires.
- Handling inbound calls / emails / chats resolving Trouble shooting and other technical issues.
Designation:
- Technical Support Representative, Desktop support, IT Help desk, Service desk, Telecom, Networking.
- Engaged in handling calls of Enterprise & different business units (Internal & External)
- Provide World Class Customer Service.
- End to Transaction of Reports.
- Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative skills: organized, efficient and versatile
- Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external
- 10+2 / Any Graduates Can apply.
- Fresher or Experience in customer care / technical support.
- Fresher Salary 15k take home
- Exp max Salary upto 4Lacs.
- Ready To work in night shift / Rotational Shift.
