Job details:

• Core technical support openings & Basic Technical Support.
• Involved in Providing email and voice support for Technical quires.
• Handling inbound calls / emails / chats resolving Trouble shooting and other technical issues.

Designation:

• Technical Support Representative, Desktop support, IT Help desk, Service desk, Telecom, Networking. 
• Engaged in handling calls of Enterprise & different business units (Internal & External)
• Provide World Class Customer Service.
• End to Transaction of Reports.
• Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administrative skills: organized, efficient and versatile
• Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external
• 10+2 / Any Graduates Can apply.
• Fresher or Experience in customer care / technical support.
• Fresher Salary 15k take home 
• Exp max Salary upto 4Lacs.
