Customer Care Executive - BPO

Overview

Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and chat. Resolve inquiries efficiently, maintain accurate records, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism.

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly; escalate complex issues when needed.

  • Provide accurate product/service information and maintain updated knowledge.

  • Log interactions in CRM; ensure data accuracy.

  • Meet defined performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and resolution targets.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma minimum; bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 0–2 years of customer service or BPO experience; freshers welcome in some roles.

  • Strong verbal and written English; proficiency in Hindi or regional languages is a plus.

  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, nights, and weekends as required.

Skills
  • Excellent communication and active listening.

  • Problem-solving mindset and patience in high-pressure scenarios.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

  • Multitasking, time management, and maintaining data accuracy.
