Job Description
- To be able to handle customer requests while maintaining the set quality standards defined by Vodafone ie CQ, CSAT
- To be able to provide customized solutions to each customers concern and address his issues completely and correctly so as to ensure no repeats
- Ensure all key VF systems are checked thoroughly and customer history and past remarks and checked to use good judgment for effective closures.
- All customer interactions to be handled within defined timelines, SLA’s and VF process by applying business roles as defined
- Coordinate with circle teams if required timely and escalate cases to Team leader real time if need be to ensure speedy resolutions
- To be aware of the latest products launched as well as the recent change in processes in order to resolve accurately and effectively to the customer
- Use V search for continuous updation
