To be able to handle customer requests while maintaining the set quality standards defined by Vodafone ie CQ, CSAT
To be able to provide customized solutions to each customers concern and address his issues completely and correctly so as to ensure no repeats
Ensure all key VF systems are checked thoroughly and customer history and past remarks and checked to use good judgment for effective closures.
All customer interactions to be handled within defined timelines, SLA’s and VF process by applying business roles as defined
Coordinate with circle teams if required timely and escalate cases to Team leader real time if need be to ensure speedy resolutions
To be aware of the latest products launched as well as the recent change in processes in order to resolve accurately and effectively to the customer
