● Job role: Customer Care Executive
Handling inbound or outbound
calls and / or emails
● Knowledge of TAT, compliance, ticketing systems, CSAT.
● Working on short SLA and clearing backlogs.
● Should be familiar with Customer Empathy, customer service.
● Ensure no errors occurred while assisting customers
● Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with
speed and accuracy.
● Answer queries about products or the company.
● Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal
communication
● Adheres to and supports company policies and practices
