Qualification:Min HSC to Any Degree
Languages: Must be able to speak any one of the below languages Fluently (Tamil, English - Telugu or Malayalam or Kannada )
Salary: Rs.10,000 to 17000/- (Not a Constrain for Right Candidates) Excellent Incentive Structure.

- Manage large amounts of incoming and Outgoing calls
- Specialist in Voie process (Inbound & Outbound)
- Should be aggressive in handling the multiple customers
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
