Job Description
- Talking to customers over the phone (incoming calls) and understanding their requests
- Talking to customers over the phone (incoming calls) and taking the purchase orders from them
- Talking to customers over the phone and following up with them periodically
- Maintaining customer contact to ensure they regularly purchase from us
- Working with the operations team in passing the customer order and ensuring that it gets filled on time and delivered
- Doing other support activities as needed across sales, operations and marketing.
