Hiring for Banking Customer Support Executive in a leading company
Designation: Customer Support Executive
Process: Inbound Voice Process

Job Details:

Handling Inbound calls
Would be part of the customer services team handling inbound calls / emails from SBI customers
Need to ensure all Customer Services Complaints & Queries are resolved as per the TAT defined
Job Location: (Perungudi) OMR- No cab facility
Shift Time: Day shift for female applicant and Rotational Shift for Male.
Salary - Fresher 11k (Take Home)+ 7.5 Incentive.
Experienced candidate salary up to 2.6LPA based on candidate experience+ Incentive.
Communication Skill: Fluency in English
