Job Description
1Digitalstack an AI-enabled SaaS Company is looking for a Customer Care Executive. This is a position for a specific brand i.e. Lotus Herbals.
The tasks would be -
Qualification
The tasks would be -
- customer calling
- resolving customer queries
- Responsible for all customer-related queries and answering to customer on whatsapp/email and chatbots.
- Prompt resolution of all customer queries
- Be a versatile team player in a fast-paced, high-energy and dynamic environment
Qualification
- Should have good communication skills
- Must have minimum 2 yrs of experience as a customer care executive
- A proactive problem solver with good listening skills
- Understanding and empathetic towards customers
