Job Description
- Manage both inbound/outbound calls. Efficient in writing emails and handling web-chat
- The candidate is required to attend to the customer calls and provide them the required information
- Resolve customer complaints via phoneIdentify and understand customers’ needs to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies & take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Able to generate leads
- Responsible for dealing with clients' queries
