- We are looking for a customer care for inbound process.
- The candidate will need to answer phone calls received on the board line and note messages, forward calls and relay messages via phone or email to company employees & carry out other administrative work when call volume is low.
Skills Required:
- Good English &communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization ability, ability work independently
- 12th pass,UG,Graduate
- Good Internet skills and experience in using Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Taking messages, forwarding calls and messages via email etc. to respective staff members
- Making calls as and when required
- Perform various administrative tasks as requested by the client
