Job Description
We are looking for highly dynamic and proactive candidates for the post of Customer Support Executive for our reputed client:
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Responsible for receiving, calling and responding to all customer inquiries/query through email/calls related to loans department, monthly payment schedule.
- Handling customer concerns, customer satisfaction index (CSI) and customer Satisfaction index rating.
- Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics.
- Handling and solving customer complaints.
- Taking required actions on customer feedback.
- Completion of assigned task in specified TAT.
- Maintain MIS and reports related to customer queries and feedback.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Candidate should possess good communication skill both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of MS-Excel and Email
- Should be proactive, soft spoken, detail oriented, tactful, calm, punctual and disciplined
- Prior experience in Customer service industry will be an added advantage.
