- Education qualifications – HSC/Any Graduate
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts. (Shift timings for Female employees – 6:00 am to 6:00 pm)

- Handle queries and complaints related to the products
- Transaction handling Services, Problem Solving Efficiency
- Numerical Ability, High level of accuracy
- Energetic, friendly and approachable individuals that understand the impact of great customer service
