About the internship
Looking for a flexible and versatile CRM responsible for the growth of our sales channels.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Address website visitors' queries effectively and in a timely manner
2. Handle the email and SMS campaign for products & deals of products
3. Gather and analyze data to help you understand your customer base and coming up with suggestions for improving the existing strategy
4. Come up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution, and reporting
5. Manage customer handling & service
6. Analyze trends & analytics
7. Handle chat & social platforms
