The candidates must have the following competencies:
- Should possess Good communication skill in English and good computer knowledge including keyboard skills & typing speed
- Should be minimum 12th Standard passed/ Graduates. If pursuing then candidate shouldn’t have any exam in next 6 months from his/her date of joining in HGS
- Experience: Can be a fresher, Age - 18-30 yrs
- Language Skill set: Good command over Regional language Hindi is compulsory.
- Typing Speed required: 18 wpm 85% accuracy
- Job Location – Durgapur; Designation – Customer Relation Officer (CRO)
- Should be flexible working in shifts - including night shifts & split shifts
- Weekly 1 off will be provided to the candidates which is on rotational basis
Job Type: Full-time
- Salary – 1,24,000/- Per Annum
- PF + Medical Benefits + Incentives + Allowances + Transport facility
