- Will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers/Patient calling from varies cities.
- He/She will then have to reply to those queries in a set format.
- Book Doctor appointments on a portal
- Comfort the customer is case of emergency
- Transfer the call to other departments if required etc.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Educational Qualification: Graduate (under graduates with excellent communication skills will also be considered)
- Experience of 0-2 years.
- FRESHERS with good communication skill are most welcome.
- Salary: 15 k - 20 K
