Job Description
- Should be comfortable with US/UK Shifts
- Should be comfortable working inbound and outbound process
- The candidate is required to attend to the customer calls and provide them with the required information.
- The candidate should be able to understand the customer’s inquiries and work upon resolving them within predefined time limits.
- The candidate will be responsible for efficient dealing of issues towards the completion and enabling satisfaction of the customer.
- Respond to emails received for product and support inquiries.
- Keep records of customer interactions and follow up communication - procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately
- Excellent Communication (both written and verbal) skills are a must.
- Good salary for the deserving candidates
