- Qualification: Degree – Preferably Science Background.
- Languages: Telugu, Hindi &English
- Experience: From calling call centre with command over English.
- Objective:Should have good written communication skills, Must be customer oriented person, with basic medical understanding.
- Job Role:Prompt response to customer inquiries through chat / Calls, Agent should follow all the process orders, forms, applications and requests, keep records of customer interactions including record details of inquiries, comments.
- Skill Set:Good typing skills with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Work Week: Staggering weekly off’s
- Shift Timings: 24 hours round the clock services with 9 hours shift timings
- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM/08:00 AM to 05:00 PM/01:00 PM to 10:00 PM / 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM.
