Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring customer delight, relationship management and maintaining
- Responsible to handle the incoming and outgoing calls, Guest, tele calling activities and will keep a track of the data of calls & walk-ins'.
- Responsible for ensuring customer delight, relationship management and maintaining good rapport with them
- To ensure excellent service is provided during their dialysis
- Analyzing the feedbacks of the customers and working on improving the service levels.
- Participating in various surveys like customer satisfaction, proficiency levels at the centers, etc
- To enlighten the guest about intimating about our various schemes, discounts, etc
- Solves guests problems when they approach the center under your purview.
Preferred Skills:
- Any Graduate with 2 to 5 years’ experience in customer care
- Good Communication in English, Hindi & Telugu (any additional languages highly preferred)
- Good Convincing and customer handling skills
- Energetic, Spontaneity and independently handling tough situations
