Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses.
- Gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.
- Prior experience in Customer Service industry would be an added advantage.
- Candidate should be open to work in day shifts.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be able to speak in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Minimum 0 - 3 Yr experience in any service.
