Job Description

- We are currently hiring for Customer Care Executives for outbound voice process
- Process: Domestic (Pan India)
- Shift Timings: 9:30AM-6:30PM/10:00AM-7:00PM
- Fluency in spoken English and Hindi.
- Age group should be between 18-30 years.
- Only Female Candidates.
- Minimum qualification should be class 12.
- Pre-sales process.
- Call up expecting mothers from data given.
- Tell them about company profile and the need for cord blood banking.
- Fixing appointment with the expecting parents and our field sales executive so that they can go and give a presentation.
