JOB DESCRIPTION

Inbound voice process -- domestic (full time job)
Position-- customer care executive
ROTATIONAL 9HRS SHIFT- 80% DAY/ 20% NIGHT SHIFT
Experienced as well as freshers can apply
One month on job training provided to freshers
Age limit- 35years
SALARY 12K and above PLUS INCENTIVES PERFORMANCE BASED UPTO 3K
No sales and no target
Job location- salt lake sector-5
5days work with rotational 2 days fixed off

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES-

Receive calls from customers and resolving their queries as per the requirement.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMMUNICATION-

Should be flexible to work in any shift.
Good communication skills required.
Qualification- 12th Pass and Above (Btechs allowed only till 2016 pass outs)
Should be fluent in English and Bengali.
