Job Description
- Hiring for Outbound Process For Afternoon Shift
- Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
- Designation: Customer Care Executive and Sr Customer Care Executive
- Process: B2B Outbound Sales
- Experience in the similar profile will be an added advantage.
- Education: 10+2 and Graduates both can apply
- To handle Outbound Calls.
- Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
- Adhere to the Login hours& maintain the desired AHT Levels.
- Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.
- Ascertain customer needs and take action in a timely manner.
- Perceptive and intuitive nature with the ability to solve problem.
- Knowledge in BT and other B2B or B2C selling process will be an advantage
- Working days: 20 days in a month
- Week Offs: Fixed Offs on every Saturday & Sundays.
- Shift Timings:2.30pm to 11.30am(UK Shift)
- Drop will be provided
- PF and ESI facility is provided
- Friendly working environment
- On spot offer letter will be issued upon selection
- On time salary+ incentives
- Salary Transfer through new salary bank account opening
- Salary: As per experience (best in Industry) Fixed Salary + Incentives
