Job Description(Customer support - International Voice Process):
- Customer support - International Voice Process (Associate Level ONLY)
- Providing support to premium customers over the phone (SURVEY).
- Excellent communication skills in English with ability to manage customer conversation ensuring confidence,clarity and ability to build rapport for Voice Process
- Candidates should be ready to work 5 days. SAT & SUN Fixed Offs
- Openings in both Morning Shift & Night Shifts. (7.30 am to 4.30 pm & 8.30 pm to 5.30 am)
