Job Description:
- We are hiring for the post of CCE , SR CCE for Outbound Voice Process.
- This is Not a sales process all you need to do is generate Lead.
- We are looking for best Tele callers with Excellent English Communication for DME Outbound Customer Support.
- Making outbound calls to US customers for DME.
- Live call transfer.
- Lead generation campaign.
- Providing information to the US customers related to the product and service
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- The candidate should be at least 10th pass
- Candidate should have good conversational skills in English.
- Candidates who have experience in International Voice Profile (health care /pharmacy) for at least 1 Year will be added advantage
- Good package of salary (Up to 12K) for freshers
- Incentives on performance
- Assured hikes for experienced candidates
- Saturday and Sunday fixed off.
