Job Description
- A Customer Care Executive would primarily deal with walk-in customers or on phone and explain the feature of our Project.
- Duties include. Building and maintaining relationship with clients.
- Conducting follow ups to ensure clients are satisfied with the features of their products and bring them on table for closing the deals.
- Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply. An interest in real estate products and markets. Fully conversant with Ms Office, Portals, social Media and Email.
- Should be Graduate or Post Graduate in related field.
- Full Training is provided regarding real estate products and processes.
- Should have own conveyance or should belong to nearby area in Chandigarh, Mohali or Kharar
