A Customer Care Executive would primarily deal with walk-in customers or on phone and explain the feature of our Project.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties include. Building and maintaining relationship with clients.
Conducting follow ups to ensure clients are satisfied with the features of their products and bring them on table for closing the deals.
Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and listening skills.
The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply. An interest in real estate products and markets. Fully conversant with Ms Office, Portals, social Media and Email.
Should be Graduate or Post Graduate in related field.
