Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

The Executive will be responsible for all aspects of communication between the company and the customer to fulfill the customers need as per Love and Cheesecake standard.
The Executive will receive and follow up on cake orders from customers through various mediums such as telephone, email, messages etc.
The Executive is expected to ensure customer satisfaction with regards to all operation procedures.
It is the Executive’s responsibility to maintain proper communication within the team to ensure that the customer receives high-quality product that fulfills their specifications.
Store requirements and orders are expected to be met in a timely order by the company through the direction of the customer service executive.
The Company Phone is to be maintained to ensure its longevity and is to be set to transfer calls when the company office is closed.
Any additional work given by the Directors or immediate manager is to be fulfilled by the Executive.
Previous service experience would be an asset.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
