Job Description
- We have an opening with our client, a reputed bank at Mumbai for their Contact Centre.
- Location: Thane
- Work exp - 0-5 yrs
- Freshers can also apply!
- No western line candidates should apply.
- Should not have employment gap for more than a month.
- Should have at least completed a year in current org.
- Should have excellent communication skills.

- Graduation is a must, undergraduates / diploma holders do not apply.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- The process will include Inbound calls and upselling.
- 24*7 shifts
- No night shifts for Females.
- Night shift allowance will be provided, no transport facility for night shift.
