- Job Title - Customer Service Executive

Job responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls for product information/queries.
- Handling inbound/ Outbound calls of product complaints, demo, installation, etc.
- Follow up and coordination with customers.
- Handling after sales service calls from customers.
- Suggesting information about other products and services.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
