Job Description
- Urgent Opening for Voice process (Domestic Inbound Call Center)
- Process:- Domestic Inbound Call Center
- Providing Customer Service over a Phone.
- HSC Fresher with Good Communication (English/Hindi/Marathi)
- Shift – Female (7 am to 7 pm any 9 hrs shift),
- Male (1pm to 10pm, 2pm -11pm)
- Salary – 9K Inhand (depends on the communication)
- Qualification :- Min HSC Pass n Above
- 15 Days Training will be provided, During training period candidate need to come in 10 am to 7pm.
- After that Boys will get evening Shift 2 pm to 11 pm and
- Girls will get 7am to 7pm any 9 hrs Shift.
- Handling inbound calls of customers and raising complaint/ request Solving queries about the internet services
- Job location : Andheri, Mumbai
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: 8,000.00 to 9,000.00 /month
