Job Description
- Process: Customer Service Associate
- About: Manage customer calls including queries, complaints, sales, etc.
- Co-ordinate with operations team to execute orders or solve complaints
- Conduct Sales Campaign.
- Location: Andheri
- Requirement: Very Good Communication Skills. Basic Computer Knowledge required.
- Education: HSC/Graduate with min 6 months of experience.
- Shift Timings: For Males | 6am – 3pm / 7am to 4pm / 1pm to 10pm / 3:00pm to 12:00am (Candidate needs to be comfortable with all the shifts) For Females 6am to 3pm.
- Salary: 15k-25k
- Weekoff: 6 days working 1 rotational off.
- Age: 20yrs-33yrs
