- Shift timings: Day shift for female candidates & Rotational shifts for Male Candidates

- Fluent in Kannada/English/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Punjabi/Gujarati/Malayalam /Assammese/Oriya/ Bengali/Marwari/Sindhi
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Should manage both inbound and outbound
- Identifying and assessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
- Should be flexible to work on extended work hours, Sunday’s &holidays whenever required
