Job Description
- Process Name: - Paytm Customer Service (INBOUND)
- Designation – Executive operations (CSA)
- CSA is required to take inbound calls related to customer requests, queries and complaints for Paytm
- Must be an Indian Citizen and resident and should be 18 years of Age.
- Must have above average (Verbal) English communication skills and strong Hindi communication skills
- Should be flexible between a windows of 24/7 rotational environment (Female between 7am to 7Pm).
- Fixed 9 hours shift.
- No transport (one side transport during the odd hours only after 10.30pm and before 7am)
- No Meals
- Graduate/Under-graduate.
- Fresher or customer service experience.
- Must possess above average English communication skills, and strong Hindi skill (No RTI and MTI).
- Clarity in speech with neutral accent.
- Should have problem solving attitude.
- Positive attitude and commitment to grow with the organization.
- Voice portfolios.
- Paytm customer service profile.
- 6 days a week Operations, rotational off.
- Salary Range 12.5k- 14k CTC.
- INHAND -10800/MONTH
